Flextech is experiencing increased demand for steel rule dies and thermoforming tools for new projects from our customers in the medical, industrial, recreational, and military/tactical markets. This increase necessitated new technology and capacity in our in-house tool shop.
We have recently added an SDS AUTOMATION Easy Bender S1. SDS machines are known for being fast, accurate, and reliable. THE SDS Easy Bender S1 precisely cuts, bends, and notches 2 and 3 point steel rule up to 1.25” high. Its patented bending mechanism and single linear process produce one or one hundred pieces of rule that fit the die the first time, every time!
This addition to our tool shop augments our tool building capacity to meet future demand for new tools. It also allows us to repair or replace worn or damaged tools very quickly, resulting in very little downtime for our customers’ orders.
At Flextech, we are planning for the future. This investment is an integral part of that long-term plan.
